Try Our New Yoga Class Starting March13th.

We are pleased to announce that Yoga will be starting back up at Intrinsic Chiropractic Center. We are adopting a new style of yoga that is very complementary to Chiropractic. We are also excited to announce that we have a new Yoga Instructor. Her name is Kirsten Grace and she is fantastic. The style of yoga she teaches is called Kundilini.

Kundalini Yoga is a way of healing for balance, strength and spiritual growth. It is perfect for beginners but is suitable anyone looking to lead a balanced and happy life amid modern day stresses. In each class there is a dynamic blend of breathing, stretching, movement, mantra, meditation and relaxation that will empower you on all levels, giving you the energy and impetus for strength, success, and well-being.

The classes will be on Tuesdays for a 10 week session starting March 13th, from 7:15-8:15pm (No class the week of April 10th, or May 1st). The cost for the 10 weeks is only $100. Please register at the front desk as soon as possible as class size is limited.
